Text of Complaint by Swati Bhatia:

I ordered food for my pet dog on Nov. 21, 2022 and since then i have not received any tracking id. I have also sent them few emails asking for tracking id but they dont reply at any platform.I have already paid for my order at the same time and i have already attached the picture of order no. too and yes to make it conversation clear here just wanted to let you know that they dont have option for COD or pay later.
