I have order a Harpa Women striped top and the order id is 406-3981471-1347506. Ordered this product on 18th October 2022 and estimated delivery date was 18th October 2022 as I hold Prime membership. But even after 3 days also my product was not delivered and I didn’t get any proper response from amazon team on escalating this issue for almost 5 to 6 times. Because on this issue my sister is totally down as she was planned to wear this for one of our family function. When I intimated them on complaning regarding this to consumer court they replied like okay that is your wish which means they were not bothered about any customer issue or consumer laws in India. Need serious action on this with compensation from Amazon.
