Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered a product in Snapdeal on 31Oct2021 via order no. 42651178755 and it was supposed to deliver between 7-9 Nov 2021. Then the tracking status is changed to deliver between 10-12 Nov 2021. However, this product is not delivered till date (19Nov2021). I have enquired several times with the Snapdeal and have asked to wait for 24-48 hours but nothing fetched in favor of the customer. Hence i would like to take this to the hon’ble consumer forum. I would ask Snapdeal to pay the penalty for not delivering the product on time and along with the court fee, expenses, charges etc. and responsible for any other expenditures.
