Text of Complaint by Grace Boussi:

I ordered a few items which of course were not delivered together. For this order: Order #FN3368403930 (5 items), 3 were supposed to be delivered on 12/12/2023, but only 2 were delivered (KERI PERRY – Typography Print Bodycon Dress and Ketch – Side Slit Bodycon Dress) these two items were split into 2 different SMALL packages which were PERFECTLY PACKAGED.
I have received 2 different OTP for for the dresses that were supposed to be delivered, after providing those OTP to the delivery guy, he gave me 2 small packs with 1 item inside, then while checking the status of my last order, i have noticed that it was marked delivered while i did not receive it.
After the above 2 items were delivered, all 3 items were marked delivered, on the same day, same time, I raised a claim saying 1 product was marked delivered when I only received 2 instead of 3 and the next (13/12/23) around 5:30 p.m., the delivery man came back to my house saying that he had SEPARATELY delivered this order which I had said was missing in the morning to my brothers while the customer support said the items were in the same pack.
The backend team offered this resolution: Our team has confirmed that the shipment was packed correctly. All the products were packed intact from our side. Also, cx has confirmed that the outer packaging was not tampered. It is not possible that the products were missing from the sealed packet.

We cannot rely on this response from the backend team to say that the issue is resolved. There are many failures in their investigations.
1- after raising the complaint, the delivery man came and confirmed that the order had been delivered to my brother
2- the CX support team said that the two KERI PERRY dresses were in the same pack (even though the pack was really small and two dress can not be fit inside and quantity is mentioned 1)
3- I never denied that the package was sealed, but if in the first place, the item was NEVER put inside the package, of course, it will still be missed EVEN IF THE PACK IS PROPERLY SEALED.

I have also noticed that many people have the same situation, and the same scenario is happening all the time, Ajio has been cheating his customers for so long now and their customer support is replying unprofessionally, disconnecting the calls while talking, giving false promises and taking time to response while on chat.
