Order id – OD427700395516756100 Sir , I had ordered a philips trimmer and it was delivered on 2nd april but when i opened it ,the product is MISSING from the inner brand box ,only user manual was there in the box , after that I called customer care and filed a complaint against missing product ,Then they said that they are unable to register a complaint now, try later ,after 2 hours i called them again and they registered a missing product complaint,but after some they REJECTED my refund request and BLOCKED my account by making an excuse of MULTIPLE RETURNS ,but I had applied only one return request which is this . I called customer care so many times but they don’t provide any help . Now their only excuse is multiple returns but i had only one return sir ,They are saying that partnered courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact But this was NOT OPEN BOX DELIVERY How can they confirm product is being intact , it’s totally an excuses ,They are only trying to hide their mistake I am very DEPRESSED , I am tired of calling them .Now my only hope is consumer helpline otherwise I had to file a police complaint Pls HELP ME If you don’t help me then these people will scam people like this. Plz PROVIDE ME JUSTICE SIR

Order ID OD327659906547325100 Bata Selmantine Bailey Shoes I placed an order and the product was delivered on 28.03.2023 but due to small size I claimed to return the product. Then on 31st March I got a call madam you have a pickup
and delivery boy came and went after pickup
the delivery boy did not submit the order pickup status and Parcel went away I m complaining since 2nd April but till now flip kart was not refund now i will complain against flip kart and delivery boy bcoz no action is taken against delivery boy.

AsSkin Amazon Fire Tv Stick Remote Mobile Skin with order ID OD327733819711987100 but they didn’t want to resolve this issue and closed my complaint.
The defective product was delivered intentionally by the seller and deliberately informed on-site to mislead the public. No value for money and poor response from customer care services stating no return policy. The seller sent a bad and torn product, which can’t be used. I need my money back as I wanted to give my money for the good product instead of the delivered item. I will take up this issue with the consumer forum as well as the ministry, if not getting any response from your side. I have sent my request and response to the product delivered from time to time, but all are in vain.

I have ordered wooden cot from Flipkart on 19th March and i have received demag pleawood and sharp corners i am requesting from more than one and half month they are promising and denied ing please help me now after one and half month they are rejected ING please refund my money and do they pick up
