Dear Sir/Madam,
On 10/02/2023, I ordered URBN Thump 300 Wireless Bluetooth On Ear Headphone with inBuilt Mic Upto 16 Hours Playback HD Sound Deep Bass FM Radio Intergrated Controls Black (Order 40475540823062737) costing Rs 849, paid for it with Amazon pay wallet, and received an empty headphone brand box, open from edges, in an Amazon carton on 14/02/2023. I immediately contacted customer support over chat and they told me, they will investigate the issue and provide an early resolution. They also told, no image as proof was required. I also emailed the higher authorities of Amazon.in that same day and they called up the next day, that is 15/02/2023, and also mailed me saying that investigation was on, and it will be helpful if I shared photos or videos of unboxing. I informed them that I did not have any video but I shared photos of the tampered brand box, via mail, with them. I requested them to resolve the issue ASAP, as I was suffering without any fault on my part. Till date they have not resolved my issue and I am still waiting for justice. Kindly help me to either get a refund or to get my.ordered product.
