Hi,
My names is Raju Sharma and I Purchase a laptop from paytm. When i received the product, few configuration were missing in laptop so i contacted paytm, paytm re-directed me to HP, HP denied for support and asked me to contact reseller, when i contacted reseller they denied for it and re-directed me to paytm.
Now paytm is not helping me at all and increasing there resolution dates day by day and I don’t have other device to use and its hampering my business.
Everyday i have to visit cyber cafe to do my work.
