I ordered product on 17 September and on application it was showing delivered on 23 September but I didn’t received product from delivery bj it Even I didn’t get any call or otp regarding product. I informed same to customer care and shared my pan card , adhar card details for verification of signature. Last 2 month I have been following up to customer care but no one is responding and they disconnect the call also. I have sent mail multiple time but they are no eager to help . I want management take a strong action on it and I need compensation for it.
