Dear Sir ,
I have followed up all levels in Amazon but no solution provided. I have ordered a product from Amazon 19th of may and waiting for my delivery but after two weeks. I have not received my order with the given that time by Amazon. Now I am following last 2 weeks and contacting them again and again but no solution is provided and Now they are asking to cancel the order but if i cancel and reorder so I am getting loss arround 1400 from Amazon. Request you to kindly provide the solutions as I have paid in advance and if i reorder it so I have to pay high amount.
