On September 7, 2022, I made an order for a Sony PS4 controller with Order ID 407-3372732-9956346 for Rs. 4232.00. Unfortunately, the aforementioned order was delivered without the product within the package.
Moreover, the delivery person refused to drop the package at my residence. As a result, I have to go pick up the package in the middle of my office hour which results in this chaos and prevents me from doing a full inspection before receiving the delivery.
At home, I discovered that the seal tape had been tampered with from the bottom of the box, and that the entire box was completely filled with brown paper inside.
To resolve the problem, I request and appeal for a refund for the order as I have now purchased it from Flipkart.
