We had placed a order from zepto.
And received broken eggs packet and worms were crawling out of it, and all other products were having egg yolk and worms over those. There was a very foul odour i.e. stinking smell coming out from the ordered eggs,
They should have noticed it while packaging.
Though they have initiated a refund of complete order and have apologized for it, I wanted to highlight it so it should not happen again.
They can consider taking more time to deliver instead of delivering products with worms crawling out of those in ten minutes. And this really raises concerns and questions over the food and safety standards being followed by the online delivery apps.
We had ordered the eggs for our three year old daughter.
