With reference to the subject, I am just explaining the case details to examine justice for my losses with the Fire-Boltt company. 1. I have purchased the fire bolt watch Newly Launched Fire-Boltt Ring 3 Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch 1.8″ Biggest Display, Model No B0B3MWYCHQ HSN:85176290. On 11-08-2022 invoice no CJB1-1616243 through Amazon online shopping portal. 2. Have faced a technical and product issue with the watch in Dec’22 month and same I escalated to the respective company over the mail and also the online portal complaint on 08-12-2022, after that they have taken action against that and collected the defective watch from me on 22-12-2022. 3. Meantime they are unable to provide the same model for that reason provided the coupon with the same invoice price on 05-01-2023, and based on that supposed to take the same company only. 4. I ordered the new watch with Ring Plus with Fire-Boltt portal on 05-01-2023 itself with order no:-202223726344 against that Coupon, Received the new watch on 08-01-2023, through a courier partner. 5. Over the above details the background of the history of the product cycle. Now I am giving a complaint against the company for issuing a defective product and not responding to the customer query also not returning the right product based on the invoice’s 1-year warranty claim policy. The Second product is also defective and not working properly for that reason I requested Fire-Boltt customer care on 18-04-2023 and they took the request and collected my defective watches on 25-04-2023 with blue dart courier, and received the acknowledgment from the courier partners. But after the 26th they have agreed to return the product or refund the invoice amount if not available both the option then they will provide the coupon for the same invoice amount. As of now they have not returned anything and stated that same statement 4 to 5 days it will return the same. I am very suffering from this delay and I am thinking that to educate people they are doing this and thinking about the level of people they ignore will even all the social media followers are struggling with this issue but the company not responding very well. But based on the company’s assurance and expenses we believe in Indian law and need strong justice on this. Pls, it’s my humble request to support this.
