SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE
Booked swiggy genie to a nearest location ,however delivery person while collecting the parcel told me that the location was wrong, as he misunderstood and I told him it was the correct location as I had the parcel picked up and delivered twice today to the same location. A similar named apartment was in the same street, he thought I had booked to that one, so I clarified and told him, but he started arguing and speaking to me in high pitch and he delivered to the wrong address and wrong person deliberately without calling the receiver.
The person who picked up the parcel contacted the receiver saying the parcel is with them and asked them to collect it,
Luckily there was the phone number on the parcel which is why they called ,if not a valuable parcel would have gone missing.
The receiver called delivery person ,and he arrogantly spoke saying I cannot deliver as I already have another booking. I have told the address is wrong.
If he was not sure of the address why couldn’t he call the receiver while delivering the parcel?
After contacting customer support Despite repeatedly asking them to deliver my parcel ,
They kept saying they have escalated the issue to the concerned team and to wait for 24-48 hours.
So in that 24-48 hours
Anything can happen to the parcel
If you are not able to get the product delivered, and you don’t know how to take action to the emergency situation,
Why do you have a service which is not helpful,
And why do you have customer service?
And my chat was ended by the executive and I had to start again
And same goes with this person repeating the same. And now the receiver had to rebook to get the parcel.
Why do you hire people who are unfit for the designation ?
