On 31-10-2018
I ordered an eveready mixer grinder on paytm.
My order number was 6413729084.
I was told it will be delivered by 8/11/2018
On 6th i got to know that the order is delivered.
When i asked my family member about the product,they told we dint recieve any product.
I messaged paytm related to this,thet told we check,do physical verification and all..
They dint do any kind of verification.
On 13/11/2018 i received the product..however..
When i checked the product was damaged i tred reaching paytm but i dint recieve any reply from there end.
Please help me in recieving justice.
