Text of Complaint by Egpin:

Kent was purchased 7 months back and it creates problem every month. In the name of changing filter, your technicians in Chennai charge wayy too much, inspite of free service.
We informed Chennai superiors and they are very lethargic towards the customers.
The man named Palsuraman is very unprofessional and his response towards customers is pathetic.
This needs to be fixed immediately. A brand with such huge name and fancy ads, in reality the service and product quality is pathetic and worst.
If this doesn’t gets fixed, I would definitely take it to social media and let everyone know about the brand quality and the Chennai team.
