From this order i want to replace my Epson ink jet L3150 want to replace due to scanners is not working as per epson engineer scanners got damage during delivery… Of the product..
I want to replacement of the product but it’s not happening due to it’s not available in the portal..
It’s really very sad that customer want same product but this is not happening.. I opt for EMI for this order. Now i am returning this product due to this payment also got reverse and bank will charge 500 rs on this.. That is also my loss means your customer loss.
Top of this 2 bad experience..
My pickup is not happening from last 3 day’s it’s automatically cancel for 3 time’s without any reason.
Still my printers at my home.
During this customer service era we are getting this kind of service from your end.
It’s my mistake that i opt amazon over flipkart.
I want below 2 thing’s from your end.
1- arranged my pick on top most priority.
2- Refund my bank charges due to replacement is not available from Amazon side.. Or else i want new printer with same brand same model.
