i have forgotten my paytm wallet password and now i cannot reset my password through calling the paytm provided customer care number since it is always busy and i m trying since 7 days to connect with call and reset my password but with no success

I have forgotten my paytm password and am unable to reset my password, I have been calling the provided number and it’s always busy. I am fed of my this.
Paytm password recovery number 0120-3888388 is always busy. I tried last month and this month also. But it is always busy. I can not recover my password. If this problem is not mend in 2 days, I am going to file a case against paytm.

I will suggest everybody who is having this problem , you should search for paytm’s facebook page then tell them your issue & they will call you & sent you a password reset link . Thank me later go for it!

The problem is BSNL Subscribers ! BSNL call never connect to paytm ! It’s not paytm fault ! I called from Jio ! Call connected and they sent password reset link ! But BSNL Is really a shit ! All routes are busy

Hi varun!!! I too had the same problem until yesterday .I too use Bsnl .To solve “reset your password “issue, message your problem to Facebook Messenger Paytm page.
I am facing the same problem too. My account got logged out automatically but now when I am calling the customer care it is busy from one network whereas it is working with other mobile network. The one which is registered is not connecting to customer care.
I am also facing same problem. Call is not connecting, always got failed.
