My Voltas 1.5 ton split AC was not cooling i request service at toll free on 20 may but still problem is not solving and start they told me your PCB and sensor is not working of you will paid us 50% then we will order it it came after 15 days sensor again technician came change the sensor and loss my 2 to 3 hour and told your pcb is not working again on 24 June technician came with PCB and after losting my 3 hour telling your DC fan is not working.
If you will tell me then we will again pending this product DC fan motor and it will be come 10 to 12 days
My question is that if there is some issue you can’t diagnose that or it is non repairable then I have to wait may be full 2023 because you are coming with one parts and telling other is not working then again come and tell us it’s not working it will be continued till 2023 or it will be solved
