This complaint is against Reliance Digital. We purchased the Prestige induction pic 16.0+ on the 16th of May 2023 and the very same day we noticed that it’s showing an error – E6. Which means it’s a motherboard problem. The very next day we took it to the Vikrampuri branch and after they tested it, it was working there..Please note, our home is on the other side of Hyderabad, miles away..we again checked it at home and it was again not working and showing the same error. This time we recorded a video of the new induction and our old induction which was still working on the same plug point..we again took it back to Reliance the next day and tried for an exchange at their Gachibowli and Vikrampuri branches. Please note, we have been using our petrol for all this harassment. They again denied the exchange saying it was working there. I raised a Twitter complaint and an executive named Pallavi replied back. They also emailed acknowledging that they will provide an exchange. It’s been 15 days now and we have still not received any exchange to date and my husband is doing numerous rounds at our own cost every other day for this. While this is utter negligence and pathetic customer service on the part of Reliance, this is also plain harassment. I claim a refund of the entire amount with compensation for the petrol we used for our car for the numerous rounds. I seek your help in this matter and I hope you will do justice to the customer.🙏
