Text of Complaint by Nilgrib Banerjee:

ORDER # 402-0127341-6170725. I ordered 4 items. only 3 were delivered. Amazon customer service ‘chat’ doesn’t care and the social media group keeps reassuring but we are not in receipt of our 4th item although it was a prepaid order. We want out item or a refund and compensation for this horrible experience.
