Dear Sir/ Madam, I paid online Rs 495 to buy new prepaid sim card on Vodafone Idea Ltd website on 20th July’19. Company couldn’t deliver new sim card yet. When asked to cancel the order and give refund they advise to cancel through website only. They have tied up with some 3rd party Ecom Express for new sim card delivery. When contacted Ecom Express they said they can’t cancel or refund the order and advised me to contact Vodafone. Vodafone says it can be cancelled through website only but not providing any link from last 2 days. I visited there company store in NIBM, Pune but they said they are helpless and advised me to contact company call center. Its a clear harassment by Vodafone company where they are cheating with customers buy not delivering new sim card even after taking online advance payment. Please help me out in getting my refund back.
