I bought Powerbank on 29 April and recieved on 1st may via Delhivery AWB NO. 35947819599984
On opening the packet, I found powerbank was not charging phone, nor I can charge the powerbank.
So I mailed Vaku about this to reimburse my money or replace the powerbank on 2nd may.
10 days, 4 reminders, but they are not responding.
Please help.
