I am applying for my 3 postpaid connection convert to prepaid as per vodafone store executive. Only 1 number is converted rest 2 number is still as it is after 1 week .As per last call from company end I have to go at Vodafone store second time. My concern is how much time I need to go at store for same issue.very worst customer service from Vodafone. We are working people we haven’t enough time in busy sedule.
