I submitted written with ID Proof to request for disconnect/deactivate my postpaid Vodafone Connection on 26th April in Vodafone Store in Chinchwad, Pune.
I was assured that the connection will be deactivated and the last bill of approx Rs. 221 will be adjusted against my deposit.
Since last 15 days Vodafone customer service has slapped me with two bills of approx Rs 250 each, total approx 500 Rs, saying that the services have not been stopped in their system.
As on date 15May, 2019 I received call from some Vodafone Idea executive (9923008579)
on my wife’s number threatening me to make payment asap.
When I questioned about my deposit they told me to make rounds to Vodafone store till then they said they will keep on generating bills.
Please help !
