I had changed from postpaid to prepaid last month and settled all the pending due amount. My last bill amount was Rs352 till September 12th. But I changed my plan on Sept 14th so they charged Rs48 as extra and they told convertion charge Rs60 applied. So total amount I had to paid was Rs460(352+48+60).
And they told that my refundable deposit amount Rs250 will be subtracted from bill amount so I had to pay only Rs210. So I paid that amount on previous month itself.
Now I received Vodafone bill for this month..I shocked after seeing the bill received today. What you guys are thinking about the customer???
