Text of Complaint by PRADEEP KODAM:

Dear Sir,

I have requested to port my Vodafone number (9768167908) Post-paid to Pre-paid in Vodafone Gallery in Bhiwandi. I have visited several time in the store, each time they given me technical reasons like system is down, today is half day, etc due to this I have to do port request multiple times. In the end, I have filled form on (21-Dec-2018) and submitted it to the store, and she said your port will be done on 1-Jan-2019 so I will call you to pay the amount then she will proceed my port request after the payment. I have waited for 2 weeks none of them called me to pay the amount, Again I have visited the store on 04-Dec-2019 , she told me to pay additional amount and i have paid additional amount for port as requested. then she said it will done in next 2 days and also said send any one from your family member to get the status of port request if it is not done, then after two days i have sent my brother in law to the store, they refused it check the status I have requested them on the call to get the status, they said we can’t find your request. Please let me know how can i get it done.
