I have 2 numbers of airtel number and name of purchase my wife’s documents. Today I m going to postpaid to prepaid on airtel office at Income tax road, Ahmedabad office. I had submit all documents then customer officer say they need that personly visit and comes with cellphone on which have documentation. My problem is that I had submit and show my and wife document original But they are not recognized
