I Bharat Bhushan belong to patiala city state punjab has two vodafone no i.e 9878445385 and 9463054832 in punjab police group and I duly obtained permition from my deptt. to convert these no from post paid to prepaid and submitted this letter with my snap and I’d proof to vodafone customer center Leela Bhawan patiala on 23_11_18 after clearing my last bill amount vide transaction id 23111843337094 of m.no 9878445385 amounting Rs 290 and id 23111843374312 amounting Rs 150 alongwith payment of three month prepaid plan.Sim no 9878445385 activate after great struggle after more than 20 days but sim no 9463054832 not converted to prepaid.Now the vodafone branch Leela Bhawan patiala closed and branch employee of Dharampura bazaar patiala first two three time tell me that your request email to the head deptt. Of vodafone and know asked me to obtain fresh approval approval of the deptt. after more than one and a half month.both the branches harassed me since 23_11_18 to till date.please help me to resolve my request.
