I Purchased on line shoes from this web retail store however, the product was not exactly in quality and fit as shown in the videos and images the company advertised. I want a refund however they neither are responding on their given email id “info@poshurem.com” and nor they have any customer contact # given.

But sorry to say that ur machine not at all works , so i want to return it back , kindly picking it up from me , cancelling it & refunding back my paid amount of RS 799/ to my account as soon as possible , make me obligated .
