Text of Complaint by T VEERESH BABU:

I have applied for porting (9966668776) and it got rejected for due to outstanding
amount pending though i have paid complete bill amount again and again .

Then after again i send message for porting  and i called to Customer Care center, they said we will give u best package offers  for staying  with voda network and i told that i have paid total amount through M-pesa i refused the offers and i asked the customer care center employee that, is  any extra amount is  requeried to pay or any documents needed for transferring to other network? and employee said, no other things required sir, it is enough sir. 

After 2days i got the same message even i have paid full amt and conform with voda customer care employee .  Then after i  went to local voda centre in Anantapur (AP) and enquired why it is happing again and again. 

they simple said it  happens sir, and suggested for paying extra amount again and complaint through email . i paid it also on 05-03-2018 .  

waiting for your favorable replay , Why Voda local Centre employees / Customer care team employee are CHEATING  me (i.e.,Customer  ) again and again .
