Dear Sir / Madam
My mobile number is 9930216363 has applied for porting on 8th dec 2018 with ordered no:- DCHD08121802303. So i got email as well as the sms stating that i will be reviving sim card on 9th dec 2018, But your third party vendor ecom didn’t turn off on 9th dec 2018 and re scheduled on 10 dec 2018 on this day after continue follow up on given number they again rescheduled on 11th dec 2018.
Executive from ecom has come to my place after continue follow up from my side from morning 9:00am, executive came at 3:00pm. than he did all e kyc process but did mistake that he inserted wrong porting i.e., upc code. After following up vodafone care no:- 8141018180 with executive Mr. hiren he re generated new order after long process and 3 day follow up my new order was generated on 15 dec 2018 Ordered no:- DCHD15121805520.
Executive again visitied my place on 16th dec 2018, executive told as your old order is pending which was place on 8th dec 2018 is pending we cant processed and as it was sunday so we cant delete from back hand system so he re scheduled my appointment for next day 17th dec 2018.
Executive which visited on 11th dec 2018 came again at my place and started the process but same error he was getting previous order pending on the same number so cant process new order. Executive call his boss Mr. ashish at ecom he told he is deleting the old order id but he didnt and after that he didnt answered the executive call as executive was at my place for 45 mins. After that executive is telling me pls visit nearest vodafone store.
I visited vodafone store on 17/12/2018 in borivali (atlasradio) they told they will process and also gave me sim card and also told me they will revert me in 24 hrs about the status. But today on 21/12/2018 when i am mailing them on their mail id they are calling me and saying ecom people are not deleting the order so we cant process you have to wait for 1 month so that order will get delete automatically from their system and than we can process.
For simple and 3 to 7 working days porting process why vodafone is taking so many days. and after 13 days still process is pending. if this is the case now before porting in postpaid plan red 399 than what service will i get after i will be the customer of vodafone. Its really very bad on vodafone idea such a big telecom company and cant find solution for such simple porting process its really bad. In today’s competitive world there are many more service providers with better offers.
Calling at ecom or vodafone customer care i get so pathetic replies if you want our service you have to work according to us or you can go and take service of other provider if this kind of attitude you people have than its better i take other service provider when i am paying for the services i get proper support.
I also tried calling 814101810 and asked for the support but there Mr. hiren always give me the replies that he ha escalated the matters to higher authority and after i ask for status he is giving only one reply our system is down or in updation from last one week and if i ask him to connect me to high authority he replies that high authority is not in place from last one week and he tell he will give a call back but i didn’t get any call back and making fools of customer and vodafone such a big multi national and reputed telecom company executive are lying to customer.
from last 13 days i am not getting any proper support or replies form your side nor your executive or nor your third party partner ecom. i make sure will update this whole matter in social media as well as on twitter as many ad media i can provide for such kind of harassment to customer. i had 10 connection of vodafone i thought as we are loyal customer of vodafone and relation with vodafone since 10 years but i think vodafone doesn’t required this kind of loyal customers and business.
Please look into the matter on priority and as vodafone has good image in telecom industry i hope I didn’t receive any update on call or vodafone store, i receive update on mail from concern person and concern department.
Waiting for the positive response and immediate solution for the same.
