VODAFONE IS BLOCKING MY SMS FOR PORTING MY MOBILE NUMBER .

I AM ABLE TO SEND SMS TO ALL NUMBERS BUT NOT ONLY TO 1900 .

ALSO WHEN I CALLED 198 (COMPLAINT HELP LINE  NUMBER) IT SAYS THAT MY NUMBER IS INCORRECT.
