I booked Air Canada flight using @goibibo from NYC to Mumbai. I won’t be able to travel using this flight. Air Canada is willing to provide me refund in terms of AirCanada Credit. But they say they can only refund is to Goibibo since flight was booked from this agency. I have called Goibibo 8-9 times and they are not giving me any proper response. My flight is on 30th December and I need to cancel it on urgent basis otherwise Aircanada won’t refund me.
