This is in reference to the porting my father network to other provider for his aforesaid contact number.
We have placed this request and thereafter we are constantly atleast 7-8 calls on daily basis for retaining us. We are constantly reiterating our decision to every representative and request to process our request; however, there seems to be no joy till date. While I donot see any lapse and agreed that you are trying hard to retain your customer; however, it always remain customer’s choice to continue with the provider he wishes to. There remains no obligation on our part to stay with same provider. Further, multiple calls for same concern now turning out as an irritation to customer rather which should be an alarming call for you people to avoid stopping irritation to customers.
It’s a humble request for you all to process our Port Out request and get this concluded.
