Dear Concern,
I bought a Mobile Phone Micromax Dual 5 E4820 (Champagne 128 GB) via Invoice No. IN-36 /UP-1339256385-2021 on 27.05.2020 through Shri Ganesh Mobile Lucknow, UP.
At mean while the battery of above mentioned mobile not available in any stores and service centers. The employees of service center says that the above product discontinued by seller. Kindly arrange the battery of same or give me a new phone for same cost otherwise we will go to the consumer court for the same.
