Text of Complaint by Deborah Larch:

I ordered two dresses from PopLuna.  The dresses do not resemble what is shown on their website.  They claim that each item is inspected before they ship.  One of the dresses is soiled.  I ordered the size I typically wear but the items are 3 sizes too small.  After contacting PopLuna via e-mail, they offered to reimburse me 15% rather than me returrning the items.  They pointed out that I am responsible for the cost of shipping said items back to them and that I may have incur duty fees as they are located in China.  In my opinion, I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping seeing one of the items is soiled.  They claim that they inspect each item before they ship them.  I fear that many more customers will be disappointed when they receive their order from PopLuna.  Someone needs to put a stop to them.

  1. Received dress that was way too small. Trying to reach customer service. What a joke. NEVER order anything from them again. Guess I am out money already spent.

    1. If you dispute the charge with your credit card company, they will investigate and hopefully refund your money! PayPal refunded mine.
