I am postpaid user of Vodafone. Vodafone have worst serve for call/internet now a days and they have increase my package directly without my permission. I wanted to convert my postpaid to prepaid connection. But the service station not facilitate the service for same, they are giving the single reason every day that form is not available and giving suggestion to go other service station. Other service station giving the same reason. They are providing the poor service for network and usage, also not supporting to convert to prepaid as well. Now i have sent Portability request and did not receive portability number for my both Vodafone sim card. Why we have such problems everywhere, the rules and regulations are just bull shit and unused. Someone has to take strict action on this.
