I’ve raised the below 2 complaints with Vodafone regarding poor data services at my Bhandup, Mumbai address. But there is absolute no botheration from Vodafone side to address the issue.

1.5 weeks back, I had called up to check status on the my complaint and I was assured a call back in 72 hrs but no one even bothered to even providing a SMS based updated.

540911570 dated 22nd June’19

I had raised concerns 3-4 months back too and I was told that their systems are getting upgrading. This time to same on story is been repeated.

Kindly help if possible on this issue.
