Hi All,

Need to draw your attention towards the misbehave and not providing complete information against the complaints logged in Airtel customer support.

However it seems that people in the Airtel call centers are not trained enough on their own products, they act as if they are owners of Airtel and we are using Airtel services for free.

Employees in the Airtel call center are supposed to help us instead they provoke their own consumers to use some unprofessional languages, so that the employee at the Airtel Call Center use the script and then disconnect the call.

Me my family my father my brother all of us are using Airtel services more 15 years now.

My elder brother is using the Airtel services when Airtel was not Airtel it used to called as Bharti. We used to pay 8 rupees for each outgoing call per minute and 4 rupees for incoming calls but back then services quality of Airtel was great since they had very small consumer base and Airtel was growing.

Now in 2019 when Airtel’s consumer base is more then millions they don’t care about their consumer any more so the employees in the Airtel consumer.
For the last 1 year I have been facing some issues with Airtel services however non of them were resolved.  All I got some frustration, dissatisfaction and some blood pressure.

Highlighting below recently faced issues-

1) Some international calls were from my number without my knowledge and I have been heavily charged and ofcourse my money never refunded instead what I got was some headache while speaking with the customer care executive.

2) Airtel’s customer care executive does not bother about the airtel’s services I am being charged for years now since I am using airtel friends locator and wanted to know some more options about it instead I have told that the service is no longer available so he wont be able to help me however when said that I was being charged for the same service, the representative told me that I will get an call from their expert team which I never got.

3) Issue facing currently with my 3rd number fortunately the issue I am facing is same with airtel friends locator, surprisingly this no one told me that the services is no longer available which proves my 1 and 2 point about the poor services quality of airtel.

4) I recharged my prepaid number for 35 rupees and  approximately 26 rupees were credited.
after renewing my airtel friends locator services  it should be 16 rupees as the services charges are 10 rupees for 10 days. When asked for the clarification about the balance I was told by supervisor of the floor that 16 rupees is their in other balance account, which was not visible to me Yasir the floor supervisor told me he can view the balance which is more than enough and the issue no more their and closed case.

Hoping for some positive reforms in Airtel services.
