I have ordered a Kurthi worth 999+149shipping from everything under 1k..they assured me the product will delivered on april 10..but for the past 1week tried to contact them through instagram email whatsapp and phone call but not responding to any after receiving the payment.
When we message them from another account they respond. So they knowingly avoid existing customers ..They are real cheaters fraud page..Name of the owner(account owner- Minu S Raj)
I need refund for the same .
I too faced the same issue.After seeing my complaint they called and told that they are holding my item because I have defamed them.These people are well
played cheaters.They dont know the value of other people’s money.Attitude of Minu raj and her Husband Arjun is very bad.They talk like I have done something wrong.

The same cooked story after not delivering nor producing tracking id nor even refunding amount till dated (17/4/2024)for an order which was placed on 18 November 2023 …. I paid 1179 such fraud they are …. They use this same story with me reverting this kind of trick …. It Is their usual strategy…… to loot money
