Iam a loyal customer to vodafone. Iam using service for more than five years. Iam happy with the past services. But now these past days iam facing difficulty in using your services.
Iam now at kazhakkoottam, where the technological advancementd is more than in any area in Trivandrum. But iam facing network issues that is not getting 4g services and volte while using internet and calling. Iam facing non stability in using networks for the past weeks. Iam using a prepaid plan of 450 but unfortunately the network issues are not solved properly. I have contacted the customer care for several times, but the issues are not solved properly.
