Hi,

I’ve ordered food in zomato on 17th March 2020 at 1PM and the order number is: 1201749138.

I kept waiting for more than 1 hour and after an hour received partial items which i had asked the valet person about the order items are missing and he was behaving rudely that zomato is not responsible for these, i was so frustrated and helpless because of the poor service from Zomato as am suffering from illness i couldn’t do anything.

I’ve adjusted to have my lunch with my partial items received and after had the food i got stomach pain and motions and been kept hospitalised.

I request sincerely to take necessary actions against zomato and no one should ever face these kind of issues because of these zomato poor service and irresponsible acts.

Surprised to experience that Zomato is least bothered about acknowledging & acting on Customer Complaints ! Zomato is getting great business in bangalore but least bothered about the customer issues.

Please do justice and take neccessary action against Zomato
