Text of Complaint by Rahul Ojha:

I’ve recently started using Onecard but it was my biggest mistake I guess. I’m asking them to change my registered mail id since last 10 days as the mail id registered with them had a history of getting hacked. The mail id I’ve shared is of NIC which is an Indian mail service provider but even after delaying the task for 2 weeks now they are saying they can add this mail id due to some technical reasons whereas initially they had just harassed me by asking for some or the other details everytime I approach them for change of mail id. My complaint no with their team is 3172841.
