I have purchased several orders in amazon… I have subscribed for prime by paying 1500..
I placed an order which said it would be delivered in one day which is on 19/05/2023 however it was automatically changed to 20/06/2023 without mu convern.. In this case why I have paid for prime subscription..
I contacted customer service reached Shehda and she did not answer to my questions and disconnected my chat when I asked to escalate.. See how you treat your customers (prime) what if someone who does not have prime.
While placing order it analyze my location and before placing the order it said one day delivery and now it moved to the next day… It has happened multiple times now.. Ordered a fridge earlier which was delivered a couple of weeks later I need to get proper discount on my prime as the service from your side was not performed.. Or I will certainly escalate it more…
