Hi, today(13-01-2022) I raised a request for airtel new SIM and it promised to deliver today only by your side. And the Airtel friend take an appointment in between 05:00 PM to 06:PM. And he is not come, at the same time he tell different times after my call. The entire evening I’m waited for his arrival. What you guys doing ? The customers time is also valuable. Please try to understand. Also the first impression about the Airtel is too bad for me now onwards. Please make some responsibility for customers time also.
