I had booked 3 rooms at Wilson hotel, Velankanni via Agoda.com for the dates 10 to 13th April 2024.
Complaint raised to Agoda with pictures of the room.
Insects like rats, ants and big spiders in the room and bathroom.
Bathroom door had a huge crack and can see through.
Safety issue as there were prostitutes surrounding the hotel area at night.
Torn bedsheets and very dirty linen.
