Text of Complaint by Sanjay B Mehta:

For the past 5 months, I have been experiencing regular internet outages that last for hours. These downtimes have been occurring multiple times a week, causing significant inconvenience and hindering my ability to carry out important tasks, both personally and professionally. The lack of reliable internet connectivity has negatively impacted my productivity, communication, and overall online experience.

In addition to the frequent downtime, I have noticed a significant decline in the overall quality of my internet connection. Web pages take an unusually long time to load, streaming services buffer incessantly, and even basic online activities such as sending emails and participating in video calls have become a challenge due to the unreliable service.

I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to seek assistance and permanently resolve these issues. Unfortunately, the responses I have received so far have been inadequate and have not led to any improvement in the service. It is disheartening to see that despite being a loyal customer, I am not receiving the level of service I expect and deserve.
