I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Rishikesh on Goibibo app. The company is NueGo. They didn’t picked me from designated boarding point at Anand Vihar NueGo pickup point. I have been waited infront of Nuego office counter but no one was available from Nuego to whoom I can reach out to get details. As per landmark given in the ticket I was standing near metro pillar Number 211 but the was departed from Pilar number 215 which was not visible from Nuego Counter. When I contacted bus crew member at 11:06 PM IST he said take refund and come by another bus.
It was really a harassment to the passengers and when i contact their agents they simply said they can not accommodate in another bus as there are seats available in next 2 buses so they taken a request to refund the money. Now they are saying they can’t refund as was not available at pickup point. There is a cctv camera installed in front of Nuego pickup counter which can prove that I was available on time for boarding. I can not express how much mentally harassing it was for me.
Please look into this matter.
