Text of Complaint by Ajeet Kumar:

I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Rishikesh on Goibibo app. The company is NueGo. They didn’t picked me from designated boarding point at Anand Vihar NueGo pickup point. I have been waited infront of Nuego office counter but no one was available from Nuego to whoom I can reach out to get details. As per landmark given in the ticket I was standing near metro pillar Number 211 but the was departed from Pilar number 215 which was not visible from Nuego Counter. When I contacted bus crew member at 11:06 PM IST he said take refund and come by another bus.
It was really a harassment to the passengers and when i contact their agents they simply said they can not accommodate in another bus as there are seats available in next 2 buses so they taken a request to refund the money. Now they are saying they can’t refund as was not available at pickup point. There is a cctv camera installed in front of Nuego pickup counter which can prove that I was available on time for boarding. I can not express how much mentally harassing it was for me.
Please look into this matter.

  2. Dear Ajeet Kumar thank you for sharing us the details as checked the bus was there at 10:26 on your pick up point – Anand Vihar also the bus was waited for half hour. You have already go the details to report atleast 15 minutes prior to the departure time at this boarding point. As the bus was on the time . So in this case there is no-show and no refund.

    1. Can you please let me know the pickup point location in the Anand vihar.

      I have received the information that point landmark is metro pillar number 211 in Anand Vihar and the bus was departed from pillar number 215 which was not visible from your Nuego pickup point counter.
      Also, why there was no one available at your neogo pickup counter to guide passenger.

  3. We are sorry for the haste caused to you as checked the bus was there at 10:26 on your pick up point – Anand Vihar also the bus was waited for half hour. You have also got track my bus link 1 hours before the journey time . As per the details the bus was on the time .

    1. Your tracking link was not given the exact point where bus arrived for the pickup. My question is still un answered why no one was there at your counter to guide passengers. Also the bus was departed from pillar number 215 but why landmark is given as 211. Why your crew bus crew member told me at 10:06 pm to take refund and come by another bus else I could have boarded the bus from sector 62 under pass boarding point.
      Never ever expected from Nuego. I will never ever recommend anyone to travel by Nuego
