Text of Complaint by Basak Mandal:

I have raised multiple complaints regarding network issue airtel has accepted that in this area where I am locating there is a problem and they need time to fix it. I was being provided waiver since last few months now suddenly they stopped providing waiver.

And when I called last time in customer care very pathetic customer service provided. I wanted to talk with manager no body transferred the call neither I received any call back.

I have been using airtel since last 4 years and now getting pathetic service.

I want someone to take initiative and fix my issues or provide me the waiver.
