My tatasky account no.is 1065054759. Since last week I have been facing service / signal problem. I have lodged the complaint through email on 10th June 2019. I got the call stating site visit being arranged. But till date there is no visit and resolution. On 13th June I have called nodal office on 02060001771. They said they will call me but no call and resolution.
This is clear deficiency in service.
I request for resolution and suitable compensation for the same.
